Brighton Photo Biennial volunteering with Photoworks - October 2014
Photoworks commissions new photography and produces exhibitions and events including the Brighton Photo Biennial (BPB). A registered charity, we deliver BPB - an international festival of photography in Brighton every two years.
One month - three roles:
1. Workshop Volunteer:
Volunteers plan and deliver photography-based workshops with secondary school aged students for a series of two or three 2-hour gallery workshops during the festival.
2. Festival Volunteer:
Volunteers can get involved in a number of practical, arts admin and event-related activities.
3. ‘Making it Happen’ Conference Workshop Volunteer:
Volunteers will work alongside an experienced artist facilitator to plan and deliver photography-based workshops during a one-day BPB conference on 24 October 2014.
Applicants need to be available for training in September and volunteering in October.
